Articles will be searchable by author, subject, issue, and eventually, we hope, by magical correspondence. Make a suggestion.
The profile page will eventually include a Recommended Reading List (a space for you to list your favorite books and authors), and possibly other stuff we haven’t thought of yet. Make a suggestion.
Our authors and artists will each have their own profile, with the option of a Rending the Veil email account where you can write to them. (If we enable eventually profile commenting, you can also leave comments at their profiles.) These profiles will give you insight into your favorite authors and artists and will provide links to their submissions. So far, these are the same pages as everyone else has. One by one we will interview the authors (and artists!) submitting material to our sites, and possibly other published authors as well. These interviews will be linked at the author’s profile page. Make a suggestion.
No, not personal ads. This refers to the possibility of adding the Thelemic date to your blog posts. Make a suggestion.
Similar to the Thelemic dating, we will have scripts installed to allow you to painlessly add pertinent astrological transits to your posts. This can be either general transits or retrogrades, or notations on how the planets are aspecting planets in your natal chart. Make a suggestion.
Eventually, we intend a full library of nice, downloadable PDFs of the material archived on our site. Make a suggestion.
CDs will allow you to purchase a plethora of PDFs at once, potentially with bonus material included. Make a suggestion.
Our goal here is to promote magicians who are also artisans, for example by selling magickal tools – and not the chintzy stuff that you can get anywhere. Quality items at fair prices, some manufactured, some handmade. Everything from photos and prints to animal totem items to handmade jewelry to music will be showcased. If you’d like to get involved as a contributor, drop us a line. We will both showcase items not for sale, and sell other items. The sales will be on a consignment basis. The Wiki will be updateable only by people who have earned the right through longevity and involvement on this site, as we hope to keep the random ‘journalistic vandalism’ to a minimum. We’d like this to be the definitive magical encyclopedia on the ’Net. Make a suggestion.
