These dates are the submissions deadlines for the new firm submission dates, and they’ll remain the same every year. Themes indicate what it’d be nice to see but by no means do they limit the content for that issue. Feel free to make suggestions to add to themes. Issues are never limited to thematic material.
New authors must have submissions in by 10 August, and established RTV authors/artists must give notice by this date that they will be submitting to the Samhain issue. Initial submission deadline for established RTV authors/artists is 17 August. Final deadline for revisions is 16 September.
The Samhain issue will premiere 12 October.
Suggested Themes: harvest, prosperity, spirit communications, the thinning of the veil, with more emphasis on ghosts, spirits, and other ooky stuff, et al
New authors must have submissions in by 28 September, and established RTV authors/artists must give notice by this date that they will be submitting to the Yule issue. Initial submission deadline for established RTV authors/artists is 5 October. Final deadline for revisions is 9 November.
The Yule issue will premiere 22 November.

New authors must have submissions in by 8 November, and established RTV authors/artists must give notice by this date that they will be submitting to the Imbolc issue. Initial submission deadline for established RTV authors/artists is 15 November. Final deadline for revisions is 16 December.
The Imbolc issue will premiere 11 January.

The Ostara issue will premiere 22 February.

The Beltane issue will premiere 10 April.

The Midsummer issue will premiere 23 May.
